Shipping & Insurance

Items are shipped USPS and tracking numbers will be provided via email once your item has shipped. We are not responsible for loss or damage once the package is in the possession of USPS.

Lost packages

Lost packages must be reported immediately. If your package was scanned as delivered and you did not receive it, contact your local post office immediately! You will also need to report your package as missing online. To do so follow this link: https://usps.force.com/emailus/s/ then submit your tracking number and click the start button under the heading “Having an issue related to this tracking number?“

Please double check your shipping address prior to submitting your order. We accept no liability for information that is entered incorrectly. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect delivery address there will be an additional shipping charge to reship the item.    


Handling Times

All orders ship in the order they are received. We process orders within 2 - 4 business days of placement. Our standard shipping is USPS Priority Mail. Shipping speed is dependent upon the carrier and we cannot make any promises on delivery dates, but, on average packages arrive within 2-4 business days of processing. Please note that the delivery time quoted at checkout is an estimate of the delivery time only. It does not include the processing time. Tracking information will be emailed to the address provided at checkout.
